Just got out of prison for conspiracy to manufacture Meth and now am being charged with selling Meth. CAN THEY JUST SEND ME THE CHARGES in the mail?

Yes, they can send you the charges in the mail, and they can also notify you of the court date via mail. If you fail to show, they can put out a warrant for your arrest. It is possible to be tab charged on a felony derug offense. However, it is not partuicularly likely. The offense is serious and carries with it a likely presumptive prison sentence that is lengthy. It would be wise to retain experienced and aggressive counsel.
