Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I am on probation for a domestic assualt. I signed a adjudication and had a couple of drug violations back in august 2009. I have been clean since. my probation officer wants to have my adjudication taken off and extend my probation now. Even though I have been clean since then and have done what i needed to.
He wants to give me 20 days in jail as well. Can they do this.

I have yet to see a probation officer attempt to do this, let alone succeed, without some basis for their claim of probation violation. If the drug violations happened while you were on probation for the domestic assault, yes they can do this.
I would suggest you sit down and talk to an attorney about your options.
