Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I was on probation in minnesota but they allowed me to leave and go back to missouri where i attend college, It was for a 5th degree assault, they violated me for not being able to pay and for another reason, I was wondering how to get the warrant taken care of without any jail time, I can't afford to get back up there just for court and my case ends 3-31-2012 so i am not sure what to do.

You can contact an attorney and see about getting the warrant resolved. The biggest issue might be the other reason they decided to violate you. Best thing you can do is call an attorney and talk to them.
