Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

I've been on probation for 4 yrs for a 2nd domestic assault charge. I served 7 days in jail. I got a DWI 2 1/2 yrs ago and served 14 days, did an anger group, madd panel, paid restitution, completed treatment and aftercare. The treatment facility recomened an MRT group and I didn't do it. I was violated again and served 8 days. My po said I still had to do it and I missed a meeting with him back in Sept of 2010. I was unable to get in the group for various reasons and attempted to contact him multiple times and left him multiple voice mails and he never got back to me so I assumed he would send something to me by mail and that didn't happen either. He finally called me after 4 months of having no contact and wants to meet 2 weeks before my probation expires. Can he violate me?

Yes, it appears that he can claim you violated your probation. However, you have the right to a hearing in regards to your probation violation. I would suggest you contact an attorney to review your case and see what can be done.
