Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
what are the probibilities of a danco being removed upon request by the victum just three weeks after the dometic charge. it is the first domestic. (misdemeanor) no assaulting behavoir but one shove was reported, and alot of yelling by both parties.

Probably pretty good, especially if the defendant goes and gets a domestic violence evaluation, that is favorable, and submits it to the court.
