Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

I got pulled over because the officer said i was swerving and i had a warrant so they search my car and found some drug. Can i fight for the reason i got pilled over because i wasnt swerving at all. Can i request for a police video. Thank you

The defense can challenge the reason for the stop, and can get the squad video, among other things. I'd suggest getting a criminal lawyer's help and fighting it.
