You can fight the reason for the stop and the search. Call us at 763-421-1441 and discuss this with one of our lawyers. What county did this happen in?

Yes, hypothetically there may be a good challenge to the police stop. The United States Constitution offers us all various protections. Yes, existing relevant evidence is 'discoverable' in matters such as you describe. I suggest you pay to confer privately with a well-experienced attorney at this time and she can advise you. Attorneys are not to solicit clients.

The defense can challenge the reason for the stop, and can get the squad video, among other things. I'd suggest getting a criminal lawyer's help and fighting it.
