Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I got pulled over for speeding and I currently don't have and car insurance and I was just wondering what was going to happen when I have to go to court and appear?

That depends if you plead guilty or not guilty. If you plead guilty you will likely get a fine and have to then provide proof of insurance to the State of Minnesota in order to drive. If you plead not guilty the case will move forward and you could have a trial on the matter.
