Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

My question is, since they are dropping the first one and I am being found not guilty wouldnt that void out the second suspension cause that one wouldnt be valid?

Also, by Nov. should they be able to see that I was pulled over again and got another suspension so can they use that against me and back out of there deal? Or would that be a whole separate case for my Dec. Date.?

Your question is missing a lot of information. I'm not sure what is being dropped and what the charges are. You need to contact an attorney and sit down with them, with all of your information, to get solid answers to your questions.

Your question is difficult to understand. If your license was suspended or revoked and you received a new citation for driving without a license, there would be a new revocation. To review your case, please call 612.240.8005.
