Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I have few questions regarding entrapment that I need to answer for a criminal procedure course and was hoping you would be able to help? First we need to cover a question asking if an appellate court finds an entrapment defense valid and reverses the judgment is the officer involved help civilly, criminally liable or both? Is the department held liable and if so explain what theory is involved?
I hope you can help thanks for your time
