Rape
In Minnesota is it illegal to have sexual relations with someone if you knowingly have a deadly sexual transmitted disease? ex. (HIV or AIDS) Could this not be considered murder?

See Minnesota Statutes Section 609.2241 "Knowing transfer of communicable disease."
If death was foreseeable and did result, perhaps the person in the hypothetical could be accused of murder, a different crime.
