Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I recently got an under 21 consumption. The cop didn't write what I blew, didn't tell me what I blew and didn't sign the ticket with his name or badge number.. Is there any way the ticket is void?

The ticket is not "void" because the officer failed to record your reported alcohol concentration. That does not necessarily have to be set forth on the ticket, and in any event, if you are under 21 it does not matter if your test revealed only a trace of alcohol. Any alcohol is illegal, and you can be charged, whether or not you are over or under the limit.
