Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
In reference to previous question
I wrote the previous question about the boyfriend and nudity at school. We were both the same age at the time of the incident, but I will soon be older than him. I don't know if an attorney would know this, but what is the likelihood that all security tapes from all cameras are watched if there was no evidence of an incident? Basically what I am asking is what is the chance that the tape was actually viewed unless it was viewed live? And if it was viewed live, I would have imagined a security guard or whomever would have come and stopped us in person, correct? Thank you for the answers to my previous question.. that was very kind of you to take your time to respond.

Only someone at the location that operates the video equiptment would know the policies. However, in most instances, I would guess that video surveillance tapes are only reviewed when there seems to be a reason to do so such as damage to property, theft etc...
