Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

In reference to previous question

I wrote the previous question about the boyfriend and nudity at school. We were both the same age at the time of the incident, but I will soon be older than him. I don't know if an attorney would know this, but what is the likelihood that all security tapes from all cameras are watched if there was no evidence of an incident? Basically what I am asking is what is the chance that the tape was actually viewed unless it was viewed live? Thank you for the answers to my previous question.. that was very kind of you to take your time to respond.
