Can I reopen a closed plea case
I found an object and sold it court knows that I found it and I was never arrested but was allowed to do alford plea and gross misdinor but I was a first time offender i can't find work I believe the punishment was to harsh for first timer

You can make motion to withdraw a plea after sentencing, but would need to convince the judge that it would be a "manifest injustice" to deny the motion. It is rare for a judge to grant such a motion. If granted, the prosecutor can resume the prosection, put the defendant on trial.
