Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
IF i have a restraining order issued against me,stating that i should have no contact with petitioner and stay away from petitioner home, job .witch is also listed as a petitioning can i send them a letter by mail. its an apology

No conteact means just that - no contact. A letter of any sort would be a violation of that no contact order.
