I was doing a trade online through yahoo's flickr (dot) com I had flickrmailed(emailed) someone about trading some wrestling shoes and he agreed. I sent out the shoes to the address (in VA) he gave me and I have not received the shoes. He told me he sent them to me and he will not contact me back now. He lied about mail. I asked around online and others have said that he gave them a different address (in OK). What can I do to get my end of the deal or get my shoes back?

There is very little that you can do, I am afraid. Such transactions are inherently risky.

Your best bet is to contact the hosting company (flick'r) and report the fraud terms of use which could result in requiring him to provide the item or be removed from the site

Your only other option is to sue him in small claims court for the value of the shoes mailed, which is unlikely worth the expenses since such a lawsuit, to be effective, would have to be in his home state, assuming of coursem, that you have a valid name and address.
