Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

search warrant

search warrant was issued for my boyfriends house in which I was living in the house where it was issued. I just got out of bath tub standing in a towel when the police entered, no female officer present. When I was allowed to get dressed I couldn't shut bathroom door all the way and I had to come out to get a shirt to wear standing in my jean & bra with the officers standing in the same room. There was only male officers present. Shouldn't there have been a female officer present during the search since I was living in the house and since I was standing only in a towel at the time of entry?

Thank you for any help with this question.

Re: search warrant execution

If contraband was found, presumably that would be a much bigger concern than this. Responses you might have available could range from complaining to police administration, to a lawsuit under federal civil rights laws. Note that your legal rights to any lawsuit against the police are time limited -- delay will diminish and later extinguish your rights to sue.
