Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
A search warrant was issued on my vehicle and there were items that were not logged on the items that were taken. I have gotten the car back. The item not listed may have been an illegal item but still was not listed. Is this legal.

I am not sure that i understand? If there is a discrepancy with the warrant, you may have a challenge to suppress the evidence seized if that evidence results in a criminal charge,.
