seizure of vehicle with a bank lien
My vehicle is trying to seizured by police. On the search warrant my vehicle is not listed and they took my vehicle. How do i get my vehicle back because i was not involved with any crime and did not know my vehicle was use to commit a crime.

If your vehicle was seized as part of a criminal investigation, it will not be returned until the investigation has been concluded. if you received a Notice that it is being forfeited since it was involved in a criminal offense, you must file a lawsuit, a Petition, to sue the municipality seeking to forfeit the vehicle and seek its return.
