Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

I have a sexual assault trail coming up and the prosecutor have no physical evidence against me ,no DNA, no nothing but the word of the victim . My question is the last report incident that was to happen was on the Oct 17, 2009. I have evidence showing that I was at work when this happened. And also my lawyer is going after the creditability of the victim. What the likely hood of me beating this case with a jury
