Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I have a sexual assault trail coming up and the prosecutor have no physical evidence against me ,no DNA, no nothing but the word of the victim . My question is the last report incident that was to happen was on the Oct 17, 2009. I have evidence showing that I was at work when this happened. And also my lawyer is going after the creditability of the victim. What the likely hood of me beating this case with a jury

One never knows until afterwards. That is why we work so hard before, to prepare the best defense possible. Minnesota laws are unfairly biased in favor of the government, against the defense. That means we on the defense must work harder to try to overcome the unfair laws.
Unfortunately, a case can proceed forward on circumstantial evidence. Ultimately, a jury is the one who determines which witness is more credible. How your case is presented is often critical to the outcome.
