Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
sexual misconduct
i read the above article and am curious because i was chared and sentanced for 4th degree criminal sexual misconduct and did jail time..... how could that be if the crime does not exist?

I am not sure that I understand. Criminal Sexual Conduct is a criminal offense under Minnesota Statutes. Specificaly, it is an offense under Minnesota Statutes Sec. 609.345 and ten years or to a payment of a fine of not more than $20,000.
