There are several Minnesota Statutes addressing "trespassing." The general criminal statute on trespassing is Minnesota Statutes 609.605. Here is a link:
http://www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us/bin/getpub.php?pubtype=STAT_CHAP_SEC&year=currention=609.605
It appears to call for the posting to identify the name of the owner or lawful occupant, though does not mention "signature."
There may also be other state, and local laws on trespassing that could be important in different situations -- including city ordinances.
