Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
In the State of Minnesota does the accused legally have to be notified about a grand jury being called ? If so how are they notified and if not why ?

No, they are generally not notified, and there is no requirement to do so. The reason is that if individuals are being investigated there is no requirement to notify them.
