Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
in the state of mn, if an affidavit and warrant are dated over a year old befor serving it, is it still legal? and if so why does the federal law on search warrants say that they have to be served within 14 days

I would love to have a case with a search warrant and affidavit a year old before served. I would move to suppress all evidence obtained due to a stale warrant. I've never seen one that old!
