statuatory rape
My daughter is 16, her boyfriend is 18..I think he is having sex with her...what do I need to do to get him convicted and what would be his sentence? Thank - you.

Under Minnesota law, age 16 is the age of consent unles the other party has a significant relationship which exerts undue influence (eg. a teacher, a relative). Moreover, you would habve to have more information than thinking they are sleeping together to have the matter prosecuted.
