Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Other than statutes of limitations, is there a rule or law in MN. that limits the time of a prosecution AFTER arrest/accused?? I.E. Louisiana it is 3 yrs.

No. After a person is charged, the prosecution continues on until it's concluded.
