What does "A Stay of Adjudication" actually mean in MN? And is the charge ever removed from the defendant's record if a Stay of Adjudication is agreed upon?

In a stay of adjudication, you plead guilty, the plea is not accepted but rather set aside. If you complete probation successfully the case is dismissed.
