how can this stick?
my boyfriend is being charged with 5th degree controlled substane it wasnt his wasnt his house and he wasnt their for the search warrant. how can they charge him?

As you know a fifth degree possession charge is a felony. As a result, it carries with it significant penalties including potential prison time, fines and more.
Certainly, it is important to have aggressive representation in such cases. Challenging the probable cause for woarrants or even there scope is likely. If the evidence can be suppressed, then the case may be dismissed.
