Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
The us supreme court had decided that fleeing police in a vehicle is now
violent on june 9 2011. if the flee took place prior to this when at that
time it was considered non violent would this new violent felony be retro
active even if the us supreme court had decided it was not a violent crime at
that time! could this effect court descions not decided yet of a violent or
nonviolent crime for dangerous? because prior to this descion it was not
considered violent?how will this be implemented through out the country?
