hi, im ten years old and ive alwasy wanted to see and be a jugde, but i need help, if a rapeist come in can a jugde give him/her a death penalty.

There is no death penalty in Minnesota law. There is a death penalty under federal law, which could happen in Minnesota but has not in many decades, if ever.
If anyone hurts or tries to hurt you or anyone, call the police at 911.
You can see a judge at the courthouse. You can be a judge if you become a lawyer, then get appointed or elected to be a judge.
