terroristic threat in MINNESOTA
at age 17 my bf was guilty of a felony terroristic threat against me. how long will this be on his background?? does it matter that he wasnt 18?

If the case against him was handled in tadtional juvenile court (not EJJ or certified as adult), it may depend upon various factors you have not specified, such as whether he was adjudicated of a felony vs reduced to misdemeanor, etc.
If he has a BCA record, that at least might go away once age 28, if he has no other trouble.
