Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
If I don't testify against my husband in court in a fed case, how much time will I serve because I already made a proffer and told the feds some activity that my husband did but I feel like I don't want to testify?

This sounds like a bad idea. You need to consult your lawyer about this. And if you don't have a lawyer already, you need one.
