Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Treatment
I have 3 minors, and 6 months of unsupervised probation, the courts also ordered me to go to out patient treatment. I there but it's going to throw my good job to the gutter. Whats going to happen if I decide not to go anymore?

Re: Treatment
Probation is a stay of sentencing or of sentence. If a condition is violated, the court can revoke the stay, and impose and execute a sentence up to the maximum. In some situations, this can lead to a worsening of the criminal record.
Normally a person can work while attending outpatient CD treatment, but not inpatient.
