Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
If u are being sentanced in minnesota. an u have 3 felony points. can they use the 4th one u are about to recieve when u get sentance. mn hands out felony point out for each felony u recieve. then wen u go to sentacing they use prier felony points to sentace u in guide lines. but i dnt now if they can use the one u are going to court for now.

Your current offense cannot be used to enhance uppon felony points. Only prior occurring offenses and inc custody status offense may be used.
