Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

i had an undercover cop drop off a package at my doorstep containing 16 oz of marijuana...i do not know where the package came from or where it was going or what was in it. the package was not in my name . i had written return to sender on the package and started walking to the post office with it...a block away from my apartment i was arrested. i was not read my miranda rights until after they had gotten me into the police station. they are trying to charge me with fifth degree felonly when it was not mine...what can i do?

If the facts are as you stated you have a strong defense. The fact that you were not read your rights may assist you with certain issues, but it is not a get out of jail free card. The police are not required to read you your rights until you have been taken into physical custody.
