Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
If a victim of robbery lied to police saying they stole money but it was really drugs he intended to sell. Is he credible?

I am not sure that I understand the question. Credibility is determined on many things including the nature of the statement, the surrounding circumstances and the demeanor of the person providinbg the evidence or testimony.
