Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Weapons
I live with my uncle who has a felony. Am I allowed to have a sword in the house? I know guns are obviously not allowed but I cant seem to find anything on swords.

Re: Weapons
A felon is precluded from possessing a "firearm." A swod is not a firearm based on the definition in Minnesota statutes.
