Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

My ex wife forged my name and the representitive of the morgtage company representitive for storm damage in excess of 24k and did not get work done on the home. The insurance company is pursuing criminal charges through the state insurnace fraud unit. She is guilty of doing this....what is likley going to be her sentenance? She has also been found guilty in two drug charges that were gross misdermeanors.

Not enough information to answer the question. Sentencing usually occurs on a case by case basis, however in Minn. there are guidelines, where she falls in the guidelines depends on many factors.
