Worthless checks
Can the local newspaper print names of people who have been involved in court cases involving first time misdemeanor, Nsf checks?

Court records are generally public record, with some exceptions, for example most juvenile court records which are non-public. As far as I know, newspapers are free to report on public court records, especially those convicted.
