Re: 4th degree DWI

If he's being charged with only 4th Degree DWI, then he shouldn't need to bail out. Probably the jail is just holding him until he blows .000 on a breath test. Depending on the county and city and his breath test score at the time of arrest, his penalties will vary. You can check out our website for some ideas and certainly tell him to talk with a few attorneys before he decides what to do.

Re: 4th degree DWI

If he was arrested last night I'd be suprised if he hasn't already been released. Unless there are other charges in addition to a 4th degree DWI, it is very unlikely that he will need to be bailed out.

He should be released today and will get a court date. For more information on the consequences for a first time DWI, visit www.mndefenselawyer.com and click on the DWI link on the left side.
