Alcohol Minor
I recieved an alcohol minor. I am now applying for a job. I have to fill out a background check, do I have to admit to the minor? Will it show up on a background check?

The minor is presumably a misdemeanor you pled to. It will show up on a BCA background check. However, most job applications only require you to disclose felony convictions. Therefore, you may not be required to disclose it yourself. You will need to disclose the minor if the application asked you to disclose ALL convictions.
