I was arrested for a dwi minnesota. While at the police station the arresting officer who is male and I'm female kept calling me sweetie. I felt uncomfortable with him calling me that and was too afraid to say anything since him and one other officer was armed and could use what I say against me. Is it ok for a police officer to keep calling me sweetie? Can I press charges?

There is nothing to "press charges" about. The conduct was not unlawful. Being "uncomfortable" is also not something for which damages are awarded in a vcivil case.
