I had a cancelled license due to 3 dui's within ten years. Two months ago I got my limited license with the ignition interlock. Today I submitted 2 consecutive failed breath samples. What will happen when I go back in for my recallibration and this information is read, with both my license and also with my probation since I am not supposed to consume any alcohol?

You can expect to be canceled all over again and to face a violation of your probation. You may even be prosecuted for a new crime of violating a limited license. Retain an experienced DWI lawyer to help you through all of these issues. Good luck.
