Normally a DAC would be a violation of a condition of a DWI probation (or two stayed sentences here, apparently). I could foresee a judge maybe giving jail time, or perhaps not. It may depend upon whether you have a good lawyer.

It would certainly be a probation violation to drive without a license. That means on each charge where you are on probation, the Judge can impose any sentence previously stayed. In addition to that, the Driving After Cancellation is a misdemeanor whcih carries with it up to 90 days in jail and a $1000 fine. Some Judges do impose jail time for such a conviction.
