Re: Driving someone elses vehicle after revocation
A person driving a motor vehicle on the roads after revocation of their drivers license can be stopped by police, "ticketed" or arrested, charged with the crime "Driving After Revocation," if arrested the car could be towed, and if convicted a further loss of drivers license for 30 days or more.

In addition to what Mr. Gallagher had to say, you should keep in mind that if the person driving your car is arrested for a second or third DWI, you could have the plates seized or have the car seized.
Yes, you could lose the car. Getting it back might be difficult or impossible.
Not to mention that in the event of an accident you would be liable; and I hate to think of what your insurance company might have to say about it. I would expect them to cancel your policy.
So is that enough reason to not let this person drive?
