DUI arrest warrant and leaving the country
I recently purchased 2 trips to Mexico for a couple of my employees and 1 has a warrant out for his arrest on a DUI charge, will he be able to leave and re-enter the country?

The answer depends on many things including his present immigration status. The warrant for a misdemeanor DWI is unlikely to come up based on his travels. However, it could prevent renetry if his is not legally present in the country.
