DUI statute
I got into a car accident and the police report states citations will be issued at a later date. I haven't received any tickets yet and was wondering if there was a statute of limitation on receiving a DWI in Minnesota?

Last I checked the statute of limitations for a DWI was three years. So the police have plenty of time.
I am going to guess that you were injured and that they took a blood sample from you while you were in the hospital. If that is the situation, you might not be charged for a month or six weeks, because that's how long it takes to get the blood test back from the Minnesota BCA lab.
You should at least consult with a lawyer right away. There are things you could be doing to prepare for the day you get charged.
