If someone form Minnesota recently had a DUI placed on their record are they able to move to the U.S. Virgin Islands?

The answer depends on the resolution of your case. If you are on an active probation, you would have to transfer that probation to a probation office in ghte area you will be residing. You musthave them acceot that probation or, in the alternative, seek an early release from probation.
