I am trying to join the navy. i got a dwi in april of 08 and was sentenced to pay 3000 [2700 stayed], 1 year in jail [all stayed] and 4 years unsupervised probation. the navy wont allow me to join with a stayed sentence hanging over me. what are the chances anoka country will lift the stayed jail sentence? how would i go about getting it lifted?

You would likely need an attorney and maybe he could work with the prosecutor and make that deal.
