Why did I get my license plates impounded if I was below a .20?

There is very limited information here, so I can't give you much advice. However, the civil ramifications for a DUI (such as license plate impoundment) changed July 1st in Minnesota. They reduced the limit for enhancement from .20 to twice the legal limit (.16 at the moment).
